This course is intended for staff who perform administrative functions within the scope of student registration and student records.
This course will provide instruction on key Banner functions for faculty and administrative assistants.
This course is intended for staff who interact with students to provide assistance with the registration process.
Please note: This workshop is for full time faculty, and WU staff only. Adjunct faculty are not eligible to take this workshop.
This training will focus on how to add various types of content to an Intranet team site, as well as configure the site’s settings, update the navigation menu, edit pages, and make changes to the left column navigation menu. Attendees will be given member access to a sample Intranet team site, so they can practice how to contribute content.
This is the New Adjunct Faculty Orientation -- all new faculty are required to complete the required employment forms, review the orientation's information, and complete the short assignment at the end.
Before you can access this course, you must have successfully completed Canvas Basic & Advanced Training. Once you have completed this training, please request permission to access the Faculty Orientation Onboarding Course.
This Course is not available without the completion of the prerequisites listed.
All WilmU staff are required to take FERPA training yearly .
Introduction to the Employee Intranet (1 Hour to Complete)
The IT Policy Agreement must be renewed yearly annually. It is required to be completed by all full-time and part-time staff, and full time faculty. Adjunct faculty are not required to complete this course unless they are notified by Academic Affairs, or the CTE Department.

This course is required for staff who will need access to Banner AR modules. It will include information on how to use Banner for Billing related activities. Some hands-on training will be provided.
